The Raifords chose our Edgewater Model and had it built on a beautiful lot in Bethel Farms.

They wanted slightly larger bedrooms, so we expanded both sides of the house which also added space to the finished room over the garage.  We also expanded the breakfast area, added a large rear porch and “hipped” the roof profile . Some other custom features on this house include:
